Diners get to cook their own beef, shrimp, swordfish and chicken on hot granite slabs. Entrees include steaks, Veal Oscar, roast duck flamed with anise, and raspberry chicken. Magnolia's Veranda, which overlooks the casino floor, includes a sushi bar and offers steaks, ribs, seafood, pasta and Hawaiian specialties.
The hotel's 19-story twin towers boast 690 guestrooms that include desks, tiled bathrooms, pay movies and Internet access. Room service is available from 5 a.m. to midnight.
